I started customizing in early 2006. My first custom was simply a body repaint, and the two that followed were, as well. As I have re-entered the pony community, I started customizing again in early April. Since then, I have learned to re-hair using both a tool and the needle-and-thread method, paint intricate symbols, and even sculpting. Unfortunately, my first sculpted pony broke in transit. (A warning to fellow customizers: DO NOT USE CRAYOLA MODEL MAGIC). I now use Apoxie Sculpt. For hair, I use either custompony or dollyhair, depending on what the commissioner wants. For TE work, I use Swavarski flatback crystals. Each custom, depending on difficulty, can take me anywhere from a few days to a month. As for art, it normally takes just a few hours to finish. Each drawing is on a 8 x 11 piece of drawing paper, is inked and colored.

PACKING:

 

I don't want any broken customs, or dissatisfied customers. As of now, this is how my customs are packed:

 

1. The pony is wrapped in several sheets of tissue paper

2. The pony is wrapped in bubble wrap- sculpted parts are given 2-3x more wrap.

3. More bubble wrap lines the box

4. Packing popcorns or paper is stuffed all around the pony, to steady it and custon any impact

 

REFUNDS AND REIMBURSEMENT:

 

Before any custom leaves my hands, I send pictures of it VIA email or PM to the commissioner. If there is anything he or she wants changed or different, it is done. If, when the pony is recieved by the commissioner:

 

*It is broken:

 - I offer to either pay for shipping back to me for repair, or make a new custom free of charge.

 

*It is not exaclty how he or she wanted it:

  - I will pay for shipping back to me, for it to be edited or fixed
